Please supply the following information and we will then contact you to agree a date for the work to be carried out.

Please note:

● Workshop based work will be carried out at: ConAir Sports Ltd, Wayland House, Station Fields, Fenny Compton, Southam, CV47 2XD.

● For on-site work, we will leave our base at CV47 2XD around 8am unless otherwise specified.

● Please bring the engine log book.

● If you bring the aircraft to our base at CV47 2XD for work to be carried out on a specific day, we will charge from 9.30 unless otherwise agreed. In the event you wish to deliver the engine/aircraft prior to the booked date, please ensure you do so well in advance as we cannot guarantee to be available at short notice.

● In the event of a cancellation with less than 96 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee of £50 per day + costs i.e. if we get any parts in specifically or have travelled to site.

● Local Airfield at Hinton-in-the-Hedges. You are required to obtain Prior Permission from R.B. Harrison 01295 811235. There will be a £40 + VAT flat rate payable to include travelling and airfield charges. Airfield info is available from www.pilotfriend.com.

● Once a date is agreed, this will be a confirmed booking – the terms and conditions of this contract are available on our website at www.conairsports.co.uk or upon request.

● Please have your logbook available to us at the time of your job being carried out.
