Have your 2-stroke engine serviced on the bench or in your microlight, light aircraft or hovercraft. We are able to carry out routine 10hr, 50hr, 100hr, 200hr, 250hr, and 300hr engine and gearbox services and overhaul, shock load testing (SLT), damage repair and fault finding. Our dedicated mobile workshop allows us to carry out most jobs on site, or at our fully equipped workshop - the choice is yours. All servicing work is completed along with a detailed service report of the work carried out. Please view the 2-stroke servicing price guide and have a look at what we do and when.

Please note that maintenance specifications may vary from engine to engine or aircraft to aircraft and the items listed in our service descriptions may change without notice. Due to variations in aircraft systems it is not economical to carry out some items that appear on Rotax schedules.

Gearbox servicing is also available.

A shock load test (SLT) is required after a propeller strike or other sudden engine stoppage.

Our labour rate is £39 per hour (plus VAT) for services not specified in the price lists detailed here (minimum labour price of ½ hour applies).

For on site service our mileage rate is 95p per mile travelled (including VAT and labour).
